Johannes Motschmann
Wurlitzer Encoder
Johannes Motschmann continues the sound world of "Prelude Tableaux" with a new single: "Wurlitzer Encoder". After exploring the piano through classical references, improvisation and experimentation, he now turns to the warm, slightly unpredictable sound of the Wurlitzer. The piece is small in scale, but full of texture: echoes, distortion, and saturated layers create a floating space where melodies appear, blur, and return in altered form.
