Carolina Eyck is one of the most talented theremin players in the world and also a minor YouTube phenomenon. She learnt to play the only instrument in the world that is played without touching it at the age of 7 and has built up a reputation in the scene over 28 years. From classical to pop music, she presents interpretations of well-known classics as well as her own compositions on this very unusual instrument and composes an exciting mix of ambient, electronica and neoclassical music. She released her new album Thetis 2086 on Neue Meister in April 2022, which she produced together with Dutch producer Remco Hazewinkel. ‘Return to Thetis 2086’ is the third single release.
