Tim Allhoff

Dear Heart

Tim Allhoff reimagines Henry Mancini’s Dear Heart as a delicate solo piano piece — lyrical, slow, and full of emotional depth. Written in 1964 as the theme for the romantic film of the same name, the song quickly turned into a classic of the Great American Songbook.Allhoff's arrangement unfolds with cinematic minimalism, echoing the quiet melancholy often found in Haruki Murakami's novels. A modern interpretation that bridges classic film music and contemporary piano.
