Tim Allhoff
Dreamreading
"Dreamreading" is a new original composition by pianist and composer Tim Allhoff, inspired by Haruki Murakami's novel "Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World." In the book, dreams are read from ancient unicorn skulls — a quiet, mysterious ritual in a world that feels suspended between reality and imagination. This piece is Allhoff's musical reflection of that scene: contemplative, cinematic, and filled with a sense of otherworldly stillness.
